How do i finish this game?

So this is my second post in row haha kinda sounding a bit helpless, but i have a pretty important question. I have completed all of the "help recruit the spirits quests" and nearly of all of the side quests exluding the haunted lands one and the undead book one, maybe a couple of others too. Ive encountered glom (i think thata his name) 3 times and none of those times anything significant has happened. My question is, what do i do now, how do finish the game? All tzar says is to find the spy who im assuming is glom but no quest goes with this. Ive tried everything! I have no idea what im supposed to do now it seems like nothing is progressing. Can someone please help?
