How do I get past the bone door to rescue Cat?

I've got the strange key. I've left Norbert alive and got the cap. No matter what I do, I can't open the bone door to get to cat. What do I do?

You need Lockpick skill greater than 75 and a Strange Key, which you have. Train Lockpick! Hurry, I'm starving. Cruel Argimon has left me only rats to eat. Disgusting!
