I am wondering what's the used of these Besom Sword, Savirian Sabre, Great hammer, Spellbook of Book of Replenish health, Samovar, dragonballs etc. My head is aching for thinking usage of these. And how to kill the enemy inside the walls of forest of illusion, southeast part of the maze near the black wall, cant find the way in to kill that thing

Just drop anything you don't need. There is no way to get to that monster. It's just there for horror value.

Thank you for the response. I store them in my room at school because are quest items. I am just wondering if they have specific usage? like for example killing specific mob. Is there any chance that some items are usable on other expansion? because I am still wondering what is the purpose of furs and bags of silks

You can always use weapons and spells in other expansions. The other things are not useful outside the expansion where they can be found.
