Thank you for your quick response. I did, but it obviously didn't solve my problem. I have four doors or gates that are locked; in the upper east of the dungeon one door, in the middle east of the dungeon two doors/gates and I can't reach Norbert. Thanks in advance for helping me.

You need keys.

After two weeks I figured that out. But I read the walkthrough and saw the map; I removed all the walls. But for example; there is no pile of skulls in the northeast or anywhere in the dungeon with a key. I only found a grey key and a green key and now I am stuck.

Let's take one problem at a time if possible since I can't see a pic of your map.

Here is the location of the Strange Key that opens the gate to me (by the flags).

K6 is the Purple Dragon Key. If you look at the key map I put up before, it should show you how to get that key.
