High Level Enchanters?

Are there any high level enchanters in HOL1 (or base game, Thors Hammer, Ice and Fire)?

I'm finding items with a capacity of 1000 in HOL1, but no way to make full use of them

There is one but I have to remember which expansion and who.

I read a post here that said if you use high Environment Magic, you can enchant your gear quite high but I haven't checked that out.

Like catacomber said if you enchant too high with fortify magic the character becomes overkill

ok thanks. Ive neglected my env magic so no danger of me enchanting 1000 anytime soon

I think Ill just treat the 1000 items as if theyre 600, and take them to undead city. I read he can enchant 600

Nycimus in the Circus in Horde II can enchant to 400.

I eventually found one in Dookh village (HOL1), that can do 750

There should be another one in one of the guilds but I don't remember who and so far I can't find him.
