Posted: Mon Feb 05, 2018 6:35 amGo to the far south of the Well of Souls and face north. Turn east. Beyond the second gate counting from the south, go through and there is a blue candle. If that doesn't help, come back.

Posted: Fri Sep 27, 2019 3:51 amIt's beyond a gate in the Mideast. Gate opens with a Soul Key. Hit the blue candle if you have the Ghostlight Sword quest.
