earliest possible way to cure Gehenna fever and

I just started playing and when I got into a teleporter room. I got the Gehenna fever and lost of abilites? or something with "lost" at first. how can I find a cure for this? Am I suppose to play the game until mid game with theses diseases? is there someone selling a cure like for Hades itch?

I guess getting those diseases is intentional for difficulty of the game. I will play the game with these disease it's not a big deal. I appreciate the tips though

There is a cure for Gehenna Fever. See MuldrzSiS, Redshift University. She will give you the quest to find ingredients so she and Old Shaman can find a cure for Gehenna Fever and Hades Itch. Talk to Old Shaman there to learn which ingredients to gather and bring them to him. Then, go back to MuldrzSiS for your reward.

I found a cure for gehenna before gehenna completing cure quest. It's on one of the shelves on the hoard of the forge
