Harp for Fluffy the bat

In the Tomb of Skulls Crypt, NPC Snaasa asked me to take care of her bat Fluffy. I have found the batnip, however, Fluffy still won't eat without a harp. Where can I find such a harp? I have searched the erea where the hole next to fluffy leads to. Please help! Thanks so much!

Hello everyone, I was at Cat’s forum and I was here. I have walked all over every tile of greenwitch village but I havent found anything. Where exactly the harp might be? Also, is the harp quest item or not? (Just to be sure I havent pawned it to save space)

The harp is on a piece of grass in the midnorth of Greenwitch Village. Phredd sells it if you're desperate.

Thank you very much, In the end I went questing to dram castle (i think) and there was one in dark meadow
