Im a bit lost as to the cure for the rash.

You need a Cure Pogan Scurvy potion and a May Apple.

Thank you so much. Was lost on having an apple. I must have missed the apple part. I thought maybe even the acne cream was dual use. Weredid I miss the hint/dialogue leading to having a Green Apple?
