Jade Mines

I can only mine 8 pieces of Jade but I need 10 to finish a quest. I have enchanted the pickaxe as much as possible but I still can only find 8 pieces. I have tried every crack in the walls in the whole mine. Please help!

It's an (IMO) somewhat clumsy way of fulfilling the quest.
I THINK the intention was- you start mining with the basic pickaxe, get as much as you can, then go back and get the axe re-enchanted and try again some more. As it is, you now need to try mining other cracks with the lesser-enchanted pickaxes. Eventually you'll get the jade you need.
