Creeper in a tree trunk

Killed a creeper co-located with a tree trunk ln Luco 3 and could not retrieve the normal goodies. Can’t get into the tree, can’t stand by the tree and retrieve them. Location is just outside the gate (left facing in) to Fairycraft Hill via Tzar Vladimir Blvd. On my IPad gen 6 IOS 12.3.1. Can send screenshots......

Sometimes there are graphical glitches. I don't think there's anything I can do about that. If you'd like to post a picture, I could take a look but not sure I can do anything. Thanks.
If it's a hollow tree, try sleeping in another part of the world 21 sleeps to reset the game.

Not a huge deal. I have noticed that when one kills a monster sometimes picking up the treasure from an adjacent square works, and sometimes it doesn’t and one has to occupy the square.
