Black Cat Marjala

It's a quest for Catacomber. I know that I have to find some window and have high stealth.
However, I couldn't find information WHERE is said window. Where do I look?

It's a boarded up window. Several in the south.

I found the window, got to the heal the humpback quest.

I know I'm supposed to find a pipe in Seversk (and bang windows to get it). I think I touch every single window in Seversk and Seversk Center, but found nothing. Do I need some really high Stealth for this?
