I can't get over the 2nd bubbles in that floor.
The guides say to cast 'disarm' 2 times on them but as I can cast it as much as I want, nothing happens.

Did I forget anything or is it a bug?

This isn't a technical issue. (Technical issues are issues with the game engine, like crashing or non-accesible expansions, etc.)

Which expansion is it? So I can move this topic to the proper forum.

Well it's HOL IV. Well I got past those
bubbles by starting again from an elder save file. So it must have been a bug.

It might be a bug with the scripting (or it might not), however that's not a technical issue with the game. It's not something I, the programmer can do anything about. These kind of issues (if they are not as planned, solutions to puzzles can be tricky ) can only be addressed by the expansion creators.
