Series of Questions

I have four questions that could really help me finish this expansion of the Quest and move on. So far, I have received a temporary magister decree but i can not further on and mine gold or draconite because there are fumes in the cave. I spoke to the Droid Captain and Tom Greenie and Tom agreed to negotiate but nothing happened from there. And the Greenie club will not let me in. So I don't know what to do. I also can't seem to find the dwarf who gives smelting ability, and I can't seem to repair Droid 21 and find Droids3006 family. How do I solve all these? Because I know the majority of them are connected but if I can just get some help on like one or two of these, I can probably finish the rest. Thanks for your time.
