What to do after beating the main quest?

Ice & Fire obviously, I plan to! (I’ve also completed every quest on the mainland already AFAIK)

I’m wondering does anything in the game world change besides getting a house? So far I’ve only noticed that the Mayor of Mithria has new dialogue simping over my character, I thought to go talk to the governor but it doesn’t seem like that’s possible as his door is still guarded. Does anyone else have new dialogue like the various kingdom agents or other folks that help us on our Quest?

Hmmm. That sounds like a good idea for another expansion. It would have to be hidden until the main quest is completed. I wish I knew how to program an expansion. This could have lots of potential.
