The quest - three skulls

Where are the three skulls that the old sharman want? I have found two but I can't recall where.

One is in th pit of blood down the stairs from the shamons area
One is got in mastras fromthe pawnbroker/magic shop
One is found inside the mastras cemetry crypy.

You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!
