I can't find the window you're supposed to climb in. It's night but I just can't break in. Could someone help?

you tried hitting them?
You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!

Every single wall and window. Is my dexterity supposed to be higher? I can't figure it out.

You have to find the northern window of the church at the "Church of Vastares" map. Just tap on it at night. (Of course only when you have this quest active on your quest list.) You don't have to have higher dexterity or anything else.
