I have talk to Senera the owner of the bookshop in Vatares but no offer to find the book in sunken monastery.Sorry for my bad english.

If you talk with Senera in Vastares, she MUST offer you this quest. It's in the "Can I help you" talk topic.
BTW, are you playing this on iOS? Because this quest was included only in The Quest version 2.3 and above. So if you play the game on a Palm/PPC/PC device, you can't find it.

So you will not have that quest, sorry! The game's main development was finished back in 2007 and only the iOS versions have updates since then, including bugfixing and some bonus quests/monsters. For the exact details of version 2.3 please check this topic:

Have fun with the game! No matter on which device you are playing, it has just enough quests, monsters, items and places for a long, entertaining gameplay. : )
