Where do I get a house in mithira?

When you finish the game (with choosing the "good ending") you'll get a house on the Whalebone Street - Southern Wing. It's entrance is in the south-western corner of the map "City of Mithria", beside the blue road. Close to a black tree and a wall table. : )

Ok thanks and how do I get into the golden palace in mithira? I've been trying to figure out for days

Go to the Suspicious Man in Mithira Port. He will take you to the Sunken Island for 5,000 gold. You can barter this down to 2,500 I think. From the Island you can get inside Mithira Palace.
