Child in the water?

Hey. I was just wondering, did anybody else see a child randomly walking far out in the water at the port of matras?

Sometimes odd things like that happen. I was fighting a bunch of thieves once and one was standing way out in the middle of the water.

Think thats the weirdest I've heard, though I have had a dragin kill me through a wall 
You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!
