How do i get into Undead City? -___-

How to i cure the governor/king sick guy, and get the necklace and written slip to go to Undead City?

Go to Shryven Keep near Phrynn. Talk to the Mysterious Man and he will give you a series of quests, one of which involves going into the Undead City.
