I forgot to pay attention to where in Vastares the lair is! I'm a dummy, could someone help? I feel like I have gone to every light in the port quarter with no luck

have a look at this, where the red arrow is pointing that ios the candle/torch/lantern you tap to get into the thieves guild (presuming you have the key)
