Where do I get the mark spell?

Where do I get the mark spell?

I've been able to buy the recall spell, but have not seen the mark spell at any of the potion or scroll vendors in the cutie of m or v? Any hints would be appreciated!

Just wait a few days and check in at the spell shop every now and then.
