Okay, so I am on my second play-through of this game, and I haven't got a clue what I did before. I've talked to everybody, and the Nogur sent me to the Jewelery lady. She just brusquely shoves me out and doesn't give me a quest or a place to go. Do I need a certain level of persuade or something? I did it before as an undead, so I don't think it's personality. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Nvm, I enchanted a cheap robe with some persuade skill and it was fine. It looks like you need 25 or 26. But this brings up another question, why did my Rasvim have more persuade than my Etherium?
