How do you get into the Mithria prison to break Rubor out? I have completed all the other quests.

Did you beat the main quest too? If so, you cannot, unfortunately, complete this quest as the guards won't lock you up.

Actually you can, but your crime has to super high, like 50+ I think.

No, I mean you can after you beat it if your crime is really high.
