What is permanent gush and Mithra dash?

I was on catacomber and these two things came up and I wondered what they meant

Permanent gush is a potion that raises a lot of stats by 1. Can be found in later expansions HOL2/3.

Mithria dash is the act of running normally hugging the shoreline from vastares to mithria usually early in the gae. The advantage is you get some ncie gear which makes it easier earlier it can be hard if you don't get timings right.

Good luck just hug the coast as much as possible and aboid fighting try and run and weave about so you don't get hit with ranged weps/magic.
