well i cant seem to find a way to get there and i need some help! i believe iv done all, or close to all side quests in mithria. I talk to people about rumors as well, and the tell me about that beast of hell thing.
so thats where i am questless....who do i talk to?

Have you visited the Mysterious man? He lives just West of Phryn, in the big, ostentatious tower. He gives you a series of quests that will lead you to the Theives guild, the undead city, and that island to the North-East.
