Stuck at the end of the main game

My son and I got to the wasteland island and killed all the dragons and undead, etc. We even found the secret reward at the bones/trees. But we can't figure out how to solve the main quest. Help please!

Try entering the castle, and talking to the lady again.

By the way, how did you find that secret reward? I completed the main quest, looked all over the north-east island but found nothing.

Thanks all! Still waiting for my son to finish the Freymore quest with me.
As for the extra reward, the clue for it turned up when we were thoroughly searching the final dungeon--sorry I don't recall exactly where, though I'm sure Catacomber knows (not sure she's willing to tell tho!)

Well we just went back to the game and got back to the gatekeeper and talk to her again. She said again go and finish request. I'm not sure what we have to do now since we cleaned out the whole dungeon and other dimension! Advice please!

And you're sure you dueled the undead and dragon bosses? Double check to be sure; the pit of hell has two levels.

Which dungeon do you mean? You need to kill the Dragon King first, then enter the Pit of Hell (staircase near the entrance of Other Dimension) and defeat the Undead King as well. Then you can go back to the Gatekeeper.
