It's not clear if there is an Android version update included in that (it's all propieraty Xiaomi stuff), but it might still help.

OK, updated to MIUI Global 8.0.3.0 and no change (background/lock screen/icons/etc. all changed due to the updated OS but launching The Quest still results in the same issue - Dark grey/black screen for 10 seconds then back to where I started).

It's working!!!

I rebooted again, and then installed an update to The Quest and now it works!

I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo excited! Now I've got to tell my clients not to bother me with work stuff for the next month or so!

Just bought the game on Play store and i must say it looks greeeeaaat on my Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition. I was very pleased when i saw the Android Version finally released. Just some requests for upcoming Versions: Google Play support (achievements) and Cloud save, so we can play on more devices. I wish big success on all platforms!!!

With this many different devices for Android, problems are inevitable and first I'd like to make sure that the game works for as many people as possible.

But after that, yes, Achievements and Cloud save support are planned.

Well, quicksave would need extra controls and overall is not that important (no gameplay mechanic requires you to save frequently ). I might add it, if I find the time, but there are many other things which are more important to work on, like the mentioned Achievements and the expansion.

As for "Exit Game" option, on Android it's customary to just use the home or menu button to leave a program. You don't have to think about exiting, the operating system will do it for you when necessary. If you really want to make sure the game exited, just use the menu button then swipe right the app window, just like any other app.

Oh yeees~ The same case was on the consoles, there is no "exit" function because...for what? Power/Home/? button does the job for us, there is no need to re-invent a wheel.
About swipe that depends, I for example have to swipe the app up. I always feel it will fly off the phone and hit the wall of my room...

It's raining on my save, good thing there is the tavern, guess I will take a nap, maybe it won't rain at the morning... T_T
