In the dungeon of blood how do I open the red door in the storeroom?

From what I remember as this one is quite VERY early quest, I believe you can open that door. You are mean to get the Shaman the 3 skulls once he has them he locks himself in and you can't come back in. UNLESS you use a Mark spell and recall yourself back into that location.

But Unless has been successful opening the door I dont think its possible.

You have to get a key from the bandit that is next to the ladder leading to the pit. You have to say you trust him in order to receive the key.
