Weapons between worlds

I have both the quest HD and islands of ice and fire HD. I'm being sneaky by going through to Ice and Fire and playing lots of Gol'crop and then buying the better weapons and armour etc and then I will travel back to Freymore. Before I do so can all the items I buy including the crossbow be able to be transferred back to freymore to use there?
