Spell/potion to temporarily become bad/good?

Despite my soul being pure and bright, I often feel attracted to some weapons and potions requiring evil alignments. I'm sure my dark, evil cousins also feel the inverse, if probably less often. That said, would there be a way to temporarily make a good-alignment character use evil weapons/spells?

One consideration in this sense is that, while for instance paralysis-inducing weapons require evil alignments (and rightly so!), other effects (poison, draw mana, in some specific cases draw health, etc.) are available to all.

Why not make the evil choice available for a shorter period of time, and by spending mana or other? And perhaps, if one abuses that process, one ends up joining the dark side...
