Magic Missle Cost Increase

Did the Magic Missle spell have its mana cost raised? I am 99% sure it used to be 21 but now it is 24? Is there some new thing can raise or reduce spell cost? Or did it just get nerfed or something?

There were no changes to spell mana costs.

I was under the impression that the higher your intelligence, the higher your spell costs. This makes sense bc as your spells grow in power, so should the cost.
