Export iphone saves

(I'm not sure I can find a similar thread especially on the HD version, so...)

Is there a way to secure a backup (on iCloud?) of the game saves on an iphone, and export/import them on a different device? I may want to switch to a different device and/or delete the game from the one it's on right now, but I don't want to lose my character as I am looking forward to playing the new expansions.

Thanks, hadn't seen that. However I still don't know how to do this, mainly because I've never done it with any other apps. Can you write a quick guide on the Quest save specifically?

The Quest only shares the save files and the configuration file, you can't miss them.
