Ive played alot of time but i dont know how to find it i completed most side quests in the city of vastares but with no succes on finding it

Don't worry, everybody asks that. Just continue with the game. When you reach Phryn, halfway between Vastares and Mithria, you will meet the Mysterious Man. He is vital to completing the main story line. After three missions or so, he will send you to intercept a package from the guild and join them. You're on the right track, just mark somewhere in Vastares and move on.
