Just curious if this spellbook exists in the game or not. The manual lists it under mind magic but I have not been able to find it as of yet. Any help on possible locations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm fairly certain that there is no Hide spell either in the manual or the game. (The Mind Magic spells are: "Drain Mana", "Drain Mana Touch", "Calm", "Curse", "Paralyze", "Sap Will", "Mage Curse" and "Detect Mind").

It looks like it was for the classic version of the game for iPhone. I checked the manual link on the IOS HD version and it is indeed not referenced as a spell.

Where can i get that drain mana touch? Is it a monster drop from lost soul?

All spellbooks can be bought randomly from the different magic shops. (Not all books from any vendor. But if you go to all vendors enough times, you'll find all spellbooks.)
