How to make venom arrows?I have book.

You can't make them I think the book is for a quest.

The book can be sold to the Matras alchemist via the 'Talk' option. 20 points of Mercantile (I beleive) allows an additional option in the chat dialogue to gain an additional few hundred gold coins. And just for a Snake Venom book!

You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!
