Issue using items like food or pots

Please let me know what the commands are for each. I tried to eat bread for example and could not find what key would allow me to do so. Also, tried to drink a potion without success. I looked in the manual, but it didnt jump out at me. Please help....

Food and water is used automatically when you are camping/sleeping outside. (You need at least one of each to be able to sleep. Not needed when you rest at an inn.)
To rest, just click (or touch on mobile) the rest button (a tent in a circle on the side of your screen).
To drink a potion click/touch the potion button (you can also press 'v' by default on PC). (You cannot use potions from your inventory.)
