Water

I have only one water pouch that I've found. I fill it at the fountain everyday. There's got to be more for me to drink so I can camp more than once! I've bought beer and all, nothing works.
Where can I get more water to carry, so I can camp more? I've made it to Mithria, but I can get to the potion shop, it has some magical barrier.
