Where can I get an empty wand?

I already bought one from either Vastares or Mithria (I don't remember which city of the two), but now I want another one. I already checked all magic shops, but no one was selling them. I camped more than 24hrs outside of Phryn to see if the shop would restock with new items, but they were all the same.

Do you have any suggestions, or is it impossible to get another one?

Btw, I'm using the Android version of the game.

Stock is randomly generated each day for shops so yes, your best bet is to check back from time to time. (You can also get one randomly from world drops/containers but that has a much lower chance I think.)
