Diseases?

I want to enchant my weapon to cause diseases, but I can't find anything explaining what each disease does. 450 enchant, and I want a real plague stick.

In the base game, there are two diseases: Plague and Warrt.
Plague inflicts -10 Dexterity, -10 Endurance and -10 Strength.
Warrt inflicts -5 Strength.
While in the expansion, there is Flesh Eater. It inflicts -1 health every turn.
