Blue steam key???

I've searched the whole rat cellar where it's supposed to be, but I can't find it anywhere,

See if this helps you--
One is in a bush towards the north of village of frommage.
One is in a crack/puddle in the cellar filled with rats (dorrins cellar)
One is in the dantes inferno inn cellar on the wal on the right just as you enter, take 2 steps forward turn right then tap
One is in a bush in the north west of village of frommage.

Yea I know where it is, it's in Dorrin's cellar but it's not there anywhere I've tapped everything I can in there

Ok, sorry.
There's a Grey Steam Key in Dorrin's Cellar, not the blue one.

It's in a pool in Dorrin's Cellar. You get to Dorrin's Cellar from the Village of Frommage.

PSA - at least in the HD version, the blue steam key is NOT in a bush. But it IS in the north of the Village of Frommage. Look for some other spot and give it a tap.

I've all keys except for the blue one. Can you attach a photo of its location? I'm only one key left to solve that quest.
