Dwarves rune bow paid for and picked up but not in my invent

I had a bow made by the dwarf in iron knobby mines. But when I went to pick it up he gave it to me but it isn't listed in my inventory. Earlier I bought the armoire from him and didn't have any issues. Is this just a programming bug or did I do something wrong?

As am I. I paid for the armour and the sword, which went well. I then paid for a bow, which was not received. I have a screenshot in reserve, if it is required.
