Iron Knob Blacksmith

I paid the Blacksmith in iron knob mine for armor and a bow several in-game days ago and he hasn't given me either item yet. The dialogue won't let me order anything else even though I have the money, runes, and ore to be able to make the purchase. Is everything working the way it's supposed to?
