Morels and Steam Room Key

I have no idea where to find morels for Everil/Nob and I don't know where the last Steam Room Key is. I already have the Green, Grey, and Red ones but don't even know where to look. Any help is much appreciated.

The blue one should be in the rat cellar, entrance to which is just outside the inn. The morels are behind a hidden door in the inn's cellar, the hidden door is across from the switch in the cellar.

Where in the rat cellar is the key? I have searched literally every barrel, crack and lamp.

I can't find the morels in the cellar.
