I decided to recall my way out of the expansion... When I took a boat back I'm trapped at a small cluster of islands!!! How do I escape on to the mainland?

There is a way to walk back to the mainland. Sorry, I forget the exact path. I was stuck for a few minutes as well (: There are small bodies of water you can walk through.
