Stuck for hours in Castle Loegria, etc

I made it through the Wizards Lair, all the rooms. Went to the Conservers of Time, Land of Everliving, and Castle Loegria Floor 2. I talked to everyone, put the stones in the fountain... Seemingly did everything. I cannot get out of this area. The teleport takes me to floor 2 of loegria with a locked guest room and a door that says there doesn't seem to be a way to open it. Is it a glitch that I am perma-stuck here? Please help!
