After completing quest from Moth (Nodens), he sents me to her doughter in Ironworker´s Guild for free potions. After I spoke to her and getting nice potions, she promises free enchanting of my gear since Moth sent me. But when I accept, she asks 2000 gold...

I checked her and everything is coded correctly. When you click on the dialogue option Moth if you completed his quest and got her nice potions, she should execute the enchant spell.

If you click on Enchant, she'll charge you.

If it doesn't work out right--it has to be some random Android bug that I really have no control over.

We never had a problem with this before after years on ios and pc so I have to assume she lied to you. There's nothing there I can fix.

If you get the Moth dialogue option, click on that and ignore the Enchant dialogue option. That's for players who didn't complete his quest.
