How the h*ll do u get out of there, also, i try to talk to the npc near fountain of death but always get "i'm afraid i dont have the strength" option only. :/

Doesn't the teleporter take you out? You need at least 180 strength to pick up the rocks to plug the fountain. You may have to enchant gear for that.
