Is there another mine you need to clear out? I think the quest is for 2 mines.

And yes there is the silver mines you need to do which are in the other mountain area o that island.

How do you find them? I've been all through that mountain area but obviously not everywhere.

The sliver mines are located in the unmapped territory area to the west of the oil fields. It is kjust a bit west into it and up north slightly basically go into that mountain area from the west but near the north and keep going you will find a bush walk over it and you will be in the mines.
You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!
